Join Club Meetings & Events

Club meetings and events are the heart of the pre-law club.

Meetings

• Club meetings will be held x. Attendance will be taken at the beginning of each meeting. Throughout the semester, there will be guest speakers and collaboration between clubs such as the Mock Trial Club and the Political Science Club. Club meetings will also go over best practices for the LSAT, the law school admissions process, and more.

Events

• Club events will be held throughout the semester. Events include field trips to law schools, law firms, and volunteering opportunities. 

 

Volunteer with the Club

Volunteering opportunities as a club will happen throughout the semester. In the past, the pre-law club has volunteered at Food At First, Habitats for Humanity, and Ames Animal Shelter.

 

Join the LSAT Study Sessions

Club members are invited to attend LSAT Study Sessions. These study sessions aim to build relationships between club members and provide a space to study the LSAT together. The location/date/time is TBD. 

 

Attend the ISU Lecture Series

The Iowa State University's Lecture Series "welcomes speakers and guests from across the country and around the world". These lectures often feature speakers who talk about law or the political world. Lectures that are relevant to pre-law club members will be posted on our 'events' page.
