Get a general knowledge of rugby and participate in intercollegiate competition. Anyone is welcome to join- all shapes and sizes. No rugby experience is needed.

| Membership Qualifications |
No experience necessary! Many of the girls currently on the team have never played rugby before joining. There are no tryouts, everyone is allowed on as long as they commit! |
| Membership Restrictions |
If you are more than 5 years out of high school you cannot play league due to USA Rugby regulations. |
| Elections/Selection |
Each fall, officers will be voted on by the club. An officer must be in good standing with Iowa State University. |
| Meetings |
Any meetings will happen before practice and players will be made aware in plenty of time. |
Description of Regular Meetings/Activities
| Practice Mondays and Wednesdays
Time: 5:30 - 7:30
Location: Southwest Rec Complex, 400 S Sheldon Ave, Ames, IA 50014 |
Description of Special Events
| Fall season is 15's where we play one 80 min game, and the spring season is 7's where we play 14 min games tournament style. We travel around the Midwest to places like Minnesota, Wisconsin, Nebraska, and more to compete in intercollegiate competitions. The end goal of each season is to qualify for the national tournament! |
