Description
The Transportation Student Association is the parent organization of the chapters of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) and the Intelligent Transportation Systems of America (ITS|A) at Iowa State. This organization cultivates the advancement of transportation ideas through interactions with members of academia, industry, and the public through meetings, sponsored conferences, and outreach initiatives. TSA nurtures the development of professional spirit and encourages fellowship among members and alumni.

Membership Qualifications |
Current students in Community and Regional Planning, Civil Engineering, and Supply Chain Management are encouraged to join TSA. First semester of membership is free. Some conferences/events require ITE or ITS national membership. |

Full elections take place at end of Spring semester. Vacancies filled as needed per the constitution. |
Meetings |
Bimonthly meetings during the Fall and Spring semesters. Social gatherings once to twice every semester. Conference opportunities during summer semester. |
