Description
TREND Magazine is a completely student-run fashion and lifestyle publication. Anyone is welcome to join this club at Iowa State University with many positions available for fellow creatives, including editorial, fashion, photography, graphic design, and public relations to name a few. There is truly something for everyone!
While a passion for fashion is welcomed, TREND's creative opportunities extend beyond, encompassing roles where you can ideate concepts, create mood boards, and curate photoshoots to bring your vision to life. If interested in a leadership position you can apply to be a director for any one of these areas. Committee member positions are also open to anyone who would like to partake in the process.
While this club is advised through the AMD (Apparel, Merchandise, & Design) department, TREND welcomes a broad spectrum of majors, fostering a collaborative environment that makes our publications possible. Since its inception in Spring 2006, TREND has evolved significantly with over 30 issues created. A highlight is the magazine release party at the end of each issue, where everyone can grab a copy and witness the outstanding results of our collective hard work!
