Description

APICS and SCM Club is the student affiliate chapter at ISU of the Association for Operations Management, formerly named the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS). The focus of the club is to gain a better understanding and appreciation for resource management, with an emphasis on manufacturing, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain systems, and to promote beneficial relationships between students, faculty, and businesses, and between local, regional, and national APICS organizations.

Membership Restrictions We welcome all currently enrolled ISU students to join our club and attending our meetings.
Elections/Selection Elections for Executive positions take place at the end of Fall and Spring semesters as they become available. President, Vice-President, and Treasurer will have a semester of mentoring from the current position holder where you can learn the role first hand. Elections for officers take place at the end of each Spring semester to take over for the following Fall semester
Meetings Meetings are held weekly Tuesday nights @ 5:10 pm in Gerdin 0145.

Meetings will be held weekly and will typically include a presentation by business professionals.

Description of Special Events

Supply Chain Club Career Night
Club Trips: A one day trip in the Fall, and an overnight trip in the Spring.
Joint Club Meetings: APICS, WISE, other ISU student organizations
