The Environmental Education Club at Iowa State University is a student organization in the Department of Natural Resource Ecology and Management. Our focus is in giving students experience in preparing and presenting public programs related to natural resources. We volunteer in the community, present programs at the Ames Public Library, Iowa State Lab School, and various other community organizations, and connect with professionals in our field.

The Environmental Education Club promotes teaching environmental topics to people of all ages. We organize and present environmental topics in Ames and surrounding communities to encourage our members to develop exceptional interpretation and public speaking skills regardless of major. We welcome people of all majors to join - we have something to offer for everyone. Additionally, we are connected to the National Association for Interpretation to further our goal.

We meet every Wednesday at 6:30pm in Science Hall II room 219!
