Description
The Environmental Education Club at Iowa State University is a student organization in the Department of Natural Resource Ecology and Management. Our focus is in giving students experience in preparing and presenting public programs related to natural resources. We volunteer in the community, present programs at the Ames Public Library, Iowa State Lab School, and various other community organizations, and connect with professionals in our field.

Any undergraduate student interested in educating the community on environmental matters. |

Must be an undergraduate at Iowa State. |
Elections/Selection |
Election of new officers are held in early March. |
Meetings |
Our meetings are every Tuesday at 5:15 pm in Science II Room 219. |
Description of Regular Meetings/Activities
At regular meetings, we do a combination of planning to do natural resources interpretation activities such as library programs and social events. |
Description of Special Events
NAI hosts at least one library program at the Ames Public Library each semester. This helps us both learn to better educate students as well as expand our content knowledge in the area of natural resources. |
