Students for Life at Iowa State is focused on equipping pro-life students with knowledge on various life issues and preparing them to defend life on campus and in their everyday lives. At our bi-weekly meetings (shown on the below calendar) we generally focus on learning about a specifics facet of a life issue, like abortion, and hear from both student officers and guest speakers.

We regularly participate in volunteering to support local pro-life organizations, such as Obria Medical Clinic, Martha's House of Hope, and others in order to make a direct impact in the Ames area. We are also public advocates for life, either by going to Washington DC for the March for Life, starting conversations with people on campus, or praying on the sidewalk outside of Planned Parenthood. Our hope is that through our club we may advocate for life in our community and beyond by equipping people with the proper tools and taking action.
