The National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) is an international professional organization with an Iowa State student run chapter that promotes the development and retention of all, especially underrepresented and multicultural, students in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) related curricula.
The mission of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) is "to increase the number of culturally responsible Black Engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally and positively impact the community."
