Description
The Natural Resource Ecology and Management Graduate Student Organization (NREM GSO) encompasses the graduate students researching wildlife, fisheries, and forestry. The student-run organization supports, connects, and furthers the professional development of the graduate students within the department. As an organization, students host departmental seminars, volunteer in the community, and collaborate on other various projects.

Description of Regular Meetings/Activities
NREM GSO has a wide variety of projects and activities going on throughout the year. Every semester, the GSO hosts departmental seminars to evoke networking and communication across the natural resource field. Additionally, once each semester, the GSO conducts two large volunteer cleanups within the community. Lastly, every year our GSO Editors publish 'Field Notes' the departmental magazine. |
