Description of Regular Meetings/Activities

GSP is an academic, professional, and social organization that promotes and supports graduate students in the field of psychology. Meetings are typically held once a month and any graduate student in psychology can participate (counseling, cognitive, or social). Officers are elected annually and there is a small fee for dues.

Description of Special Events

Becoming involved in GSP is a good way to keep up-to-date on official news in the department and ISU. You will network with peers and mingle with people from other programs. There are speakers who come to talk about issues directly impacting graduate students. GSP also sponsors various social events through the year (e.g., Halloween party, end of the year party).
