Description
Our mission is to create a social dance environment for beginning and experienced dancers; in the various methods of East Coast Swing Dancing, Lindy Hop, and Charleston, as well as other established forms of Swing Dancing. We meet weekly for lessons and open social dancing. Our activities include hosting public dances, holding workshops with outside instructors, and providing lessons to outside organizations.

Description of Regular Meetings/Activities
Our weekly lessons are held every Tuesday and Thursday in State Gym 1218 for Spring Semester 2025. Beginner lessons are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-8pm. Social dances are held Tuesdays from 8-9, and Thursdays from 8-8:30. Intermediate lessons are Thursdays from 8:30-10:00.
All lessons are free of charge, membership is NOT required to attend. No partner or experience is required, socks or dancing shoes are recommended. All are welcome to attend, including non-students/community members (State Gym may charge non-students for entry)!
