Council Service & Volunteerism

Description

Campus Service Council strives to be the connection between volunteer organizations in Story County, student organizations at Iowa State University, and students in the surrounding area. CSC's goal is to provide volunteering opportunities for students in an easy to access manner, and making these opportunities well known throughout the community.

Membership Qualifications Must be in good academic standing with the university requirements.
Membership Restrictions Above a 2.0 Cumulative GPA.
Elections/Selection Applications can be received to current Presidents at the beginning of the Spring Semester
Meetings Campus Service Council general meetings are held at 5:30 p.m. every other Wednesday in Carver 0202.

Regular meetings consist of reports and future/current Campus Service Council initiatives.

Description of Special Events

Spring Campus Service day - Campus Service Council creates an annual volunteering days where Iowa State students can get involved with local volunteering opportunities created and managed by CSC Executive Team members. Drop In and Serve events can happen monthly throughout the year.
