If they have taken a full semester of college classes they must be above a 2.5 to pledge, if out of high school then we ensure scholarship, service, leadership, and brotherhood in all potential new members. |

Experience and passion in their desired leadership role. |
| Membership Qualifications |
Must have above a 2.5, current student status at Iowa State, and exemplify all four of our pillars of scholarship, service, leadership, and brotherhood. |
| Membership Restrictions |
Can't be a female, below a 2.5, does not violate university misconduct according to the university policies/guidelines. |
| Elections/Selection |
Majority vote, and in other cases up to the discretion of the president and vice president/governing body. |
| Meetings |
Chapter every Monday 7-8:30 and committee meetings on Sundays. |

| Registered before hand appropriately by submitting forms either to V.P. of Social or V.P. of Philanthropy |
