A competitive ice hockey club for women attending Iowa State. We are a part of the American Collegiate Hockey Association and play various collegiate teams throughout the country.

Membership Qualifications |
Open to anyone interested in joining the club and participating in competitive hockey.
Previous experience is highly recommended to ensure readiness for the competitive level of play.
Players are required to provide their own equipment, which must meet safety standards.
Members are expected to commit to team practices, games, and other club activities to maintain active status.
Members are required to provide their individual dues for semesters they're participating in, player dues are used to help cover player equipment & upkeep, uniforms, travel (vehicles, gas, food, lodging), and ice and game expenses to improve the experience for both competing teams.

We elect new officer positions at the end of the competitive season in the fall semester for the following year. |
Meetings |
A full team meeting is held at the beginning of each semester to outline goals, expectations, and schedules.
Game Schedule: Series are typically played on Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday.
Practice Schedule: Practices take place on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8:00–9:00 a.m. at the Ames/ISU Ice Arena. |

Description of Special Events
For away games, the team departs on the day of the first game. Lodging is provided by the club for the duration of the trip. The team returns to Ames following the conclusion of the final game in the series. |
