TEAM is open to registered engineering students in good standing at Iowa State University. |
| Allowed Officers |
Applicants for Treasurer, Business Manager, Events Chair, Tour Coordinator Chair, Social Chair, Recruitment Chair, Technology Chair, and Social Media Chair must have one semester of experience as a TEAM member. Applicants for President must have at least one previous semester in TEAM |
| Membership Qualifications |
Members are required to attend all general meetings if possible, volunteer at 2 events per semester, give weekly tours and learn the engineering tour script by the end of the second semester in TEAM. |

Elections take place at the second to last meeting of the spring semester if needed and at the second to last meeting of the fall semester. |

Description of Regular Meetings/Activities
| Meetings on alternating Wednesday nights. Meeting activities include guest speakers and social events. Guest speakers are typically representatives of departments or clubs, and they share information about what they do to aid members in giving strong tours to prospective students. |
Description of Special Events
| TEAM helps with recruitment events for the College of Engineering. These include, but are not limited to, Experience Iowa State Days, Scholars' Day, and any others that come up throughout the year. |
