Membership Qualifications |
Any Student Organization may join the Sport Club Council although the council is primarily here to assist clubs that compete in athletic competitions against other colleges and universities. |

Elections/Selection |
Sport Club Council officer elections take place annually at the end of each spring semester. |
Meetings |
Meeting dates for the SCC are set by the Sport Clubs Coordinator and are generally held on Tuesday nights. A specific list of meeting dates is always posted on the Recreation Services website. |
Description of Regular Meetings/Activities
Meetings of the Sport Club Council are usually held on Wednesday nights with a representative from each Sport Club required to be in attendance. Information discussed at these meetings includes guidelines for club travel, risk management protocol, event authorization, trademark information, etc. |
Description of Special Events
All Sport Clubs are eligible to request student government funding, clubs who request funding will need to meet with student government and submit a budget. These meetings occur in February. |
