Description
The purposes of this organization shall be to encourage cooperation and helpfulness among students in agronomy; to provide an opportunity for a broader acquaintance with agronomists; to correlate activities in the Agronomy Club with those in related clubs and fields; to stimulate interest in agronomic work among college students; to provide an opportunity for students of agronomy to interact professionally and socially with faculty, industry, and each other outside the classroom; to encourage involvement within the community to educate others about agronomy and promote agronomic-related fields; to abide by and support all established Iowa State University policies, as well as local, state, and federal laws.

The Iowa State Agronomy Club has elections for all offices each December. Each office's term is one year: January-December. Special elections are held as needed. |
| Meetings |
The Iowa State Agronomy Club holds biweekly meetings on Thursday evenings. Meeting dates for Spring 2025 are February 6, March 6, April 3, and May 1. The meeting begins at 6:30 PM with a meal and speaker and a business meeting to follow. Meetings for Spring 2025 will be held in Agronomy Hall 1026. |
Description of Regular Meetings/Activities

Meal and social begins at 6:30 PM with a professional speaker and business meeting to follow at 7:00 PM. Meetings for Spring 2025 will be held in Agronomy Hall 1026. |
