Fraternities Music & Performing Arts Sororities

Description

Sigma Alpha Iota is an international music fraternity. The Sigma Lambda chapter actively contributes to our community by ushering events at the Martha Ellen Tye Recital Hall, offering tutoring resources for Music Theory I students, and organizing fundraisers for both local causes and SAI Philanthropies, Inc. Membership in Sigma Lambda is open to students of all majors and welcomes musicians from all disciplines. To be considered for membership, prospective members must have completed at least one music credit—such as an ensemble or studio—at Iowa State, identify as female or non-binary and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5.
