Description
Welch Avenue Singers is an Iowa State University student led jazz choir! As an ensemble we wish to create beautiful jazz sounds vocally, while also creating a safe and fun environment for all music enthusiasts. A shared space for all kinds of people to learn and share different vocal techniques to expand our knowledge and talent as a group and individually.

| Elections/Selection |
Our elections will be held once a year, near the end of the academic year. The election will vote in the officers for the upcoming year/ next jazz season. Our elections will be performed as followed in the Constitution. |
| Meetings |
Our regular practices will be held twice a week for about 45 minutes to an hour. Executive meetings which will include all chair members and occasionally our advisor will occur at most bi-weekly. Once the organization is initiated each member will receive a calendar that schedules out all practice times, meetings, and performances. |
Description of Regular Meetings/Activities
| Practices will be held twice a week, and meetings for chair members and the advisor will be held at most bi-weekly. Performances will differ on availability of the recital hall in Estes Music Hall building, and will be planned accordingly in advance once club is initiated. |
