Once a year (nomination is announced in April and election should be held at the first meeting of May). Nomination committee will select candidates starting from March each year. |

Meet every Saturday from 7:15 to 9:45. |
Description of Regular Meetings/Activities
| Business session followed by educational session. Educational session consists of 3 main parts: prepared speech, table topic, and evaluation. |
Description of Special Events
| We occasionally organize special events such as contests, open house during the same time frame in leu of regular meeting. |
