Description
Coov-Lace is a residence based group that is established in order to form an efficient house, ensure equal representation of each resident, and secure an environment that stimulates intellectual, social, recreational integration and interaction. It is the purpose of the House to create an atmosphere of fellowship among the members as well as to help improve the scholarly, social, culture awareness, and personal development of each House member and the House as a unit. The House will provide the members with a positive living environment and studying environment that promotes and recognizes the need of all its members.

Must be elected by members of the floor to hold a cabinet position |

President must have been a resident on the floor the previous year |
Elections/Selection |
Take place at the beginning of the academic school year for all positions except president. Presidential elections take place at the end of the school year for the upcoming year. |

Description of Regular Meetings/Activities
Cabinet meetings take place Sunday nights before regular house meetings on a bi-weekly basis. Cabinet meetings are used to discuss and plan upcoming events and activities. House meetings are used to inform residents of upcoming events and changes that they may want to be aware of. |
