| Elections/Selection |
At the start of the Fall semester, using the Qualtrics Online Survey system. A special election is held, if a cabinet member resigns without completing their term. |

Fall Semester - Monday night from 6:00 to 7:00 in Eaton 1132, excluding University breaks, prep week, and finals week.
