ALL IOWANS INTERESTED IN HUMAN RIGHTS
AND HAVING OUR LAWS UPHELD!!!

 

I. INTRODUCTION

 

DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

This web page and corresponding links shall be updated up until the March 31 Gov't Accountability Call to Action ("Call to Action"). Read this document in its entirety on the morning of March 31, prior to arriving at 10 am, as content is subject to change as new information comes in.

No member of Student Reformationists ("SR") is a licensed attorney; the President, Sondra Wilson ("Founder"), is a pre-law student at Iowa State University specializing in social entrepreneurship and cause lawyering, and minoring in music. Law-related information compiled throughout This Web Page and Linked Documents (henceforth, "Herein") is being disseminated in response to current national and statewide crises, for the following legitimate First Amendment purposes:

  1. To alert and equip Law Enforcement and Civilians with crucial knowledge for the purposes of Public Safety, including but not limited to local, statewide, national, and international security (henceforth, "Security");

  2. Ensuring the Laws of We the People are in fact Upheld;

  3. Obtaining Due Process for this Criminal Complaint and this Petition for a Class Action Lawsuit;

  4. Securing Redress in the form of Restitution Damages, Equitable Remedies, and any other form of relief which may be available at Law and Equity;

  5. World peace #FreeNarges.

For the purpose of procuring justice, any literary shortcomings which may exist Herein ought be given leeway and be read in accordance with the Spirit of the Law; any Letter of the Law argument, defense, counterclaim, etc. notwithstanding. Information Herein represents a "Best Efforts" approach toward procuring justice, by the Organizers.

Copyrighted information which may be contained and/or linked herein is being utilized for legitimate First Amendment purposes in accordance with Fair Use Doctrine.

In the event this page is wrongfully taken down, in violation of Student  free speech rights, the content shall be mirrored here. Due to the nature of the content found throughout this page, readers are strongly encouraged to copy all content found throughout, and accredit work to Wild Willpower PAC ("WWP").

 

PARTIES

The following Parties are involved in this Call to Action:

              (i) Law Enforcement - This redacted email is evidence that numerous law enforcement agencies were notified about this Call to
                                                    Action. As a matter of National and International Security, Law Enforcement must alert all other Agencies and
                                                    Interested Parties regarding the existence and importance of this Call to Action. The Founder was assured by
                                                    more than one Law Enforcement Agency that, so long as all Participants adhere to this Call to Action in the
                                                    manner described herein, to the best of their ability, that Law Enforcement will protect Participants against
                                                    any and all unlawful orders which may be entered into the Chain of Command, should such terrible
                                                    circumstance arise.

                                                   Law Enforcement who may be present and/or who may become involved, in any manner and/or capacity, from
                                                   on-site duties to surveillance, to any other duty, do hereby have their Constitutional Oaths under maximum                                                       scrutiny: any other Oath, Affirmation, Promise, Contract, Covenant, Creed, etc. (henceforth, "Lesser
                                                   Oath"), including but not limited to an Oaths of Fealty to THE ANCIENT ACCEPTED SCOTTISH RITE, shall
                                                   not withstand in any Court, Council, etc.  

                                                   In the event that any Order, Command, and/or Instruction ("Command"), given under any guise or semblance
                                                   as a legitimate Command, enters into the Chain of Command, by any means, which may cause and/or
                                                   have the potential to cause any harm, injury, and/or danger, including but not limited to legal injuries (injuries                                                     to rights), such Command shall be disregarded. 

                                                  Any natural person, who, under color of authority, whether acting in the official capacity as Governor,
                                                  President, Commanding Officer, and/or any other title and/or lack thereof, must be immediately arrested
                                                  due to probable cause, for violation of 18 USCA § 2384 - Seditious conspiracy, for having attempted to prevent
                                                  the execution of the laws of the United States.

                                                  SR respectfully requests Law Enforcement to refer to any and all Duties associated with this Call to Action as
                                                  "Operation: Magna Carta II". See Magna Carta. On behalf of all Participants, thank you Law Enforcement!!

              (ii) Volunteers - Will assist Founder with appointed tasks, and work as liaisons between Law Enforcement and Civilians. You shall 
                                         know them by their Official Certified Badge. Remember! If it is not Certified by Badgey, it's not real! Please do not
                                         badger the Volunteers, and instead thank them. The photo of Badgey is utilized from here (fair use).

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

According to the Uniform Law Commission, the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) is a comprehensive set of laws governing all commercial transactions in the United States. It is not a federal law, but a uniformly adopted state law. Currently within the United States, all corporations, (including but not limited to non-profits, municipal corporations, and county corporations) must operate under the UCC. There is a single code within it, UCC 1-308, which sets forth, "A party that with explicit reservation of rights performs, promises performance, or assents to performance in a manner demanded or offered by the other party does not thereby prejudice the rights reserved. Such words as 'without prejudice,' 'under protest,' or the like are sufficient."

DISCLAIMER, TERMS OF SERVICE, and OFFICIAL RULES

 

Any and all natural persons who attend the Call to Action, and who abide by the Disclaimer and Terms of Service ("D & ToS") and Official Rules ("Rules") shall henceforth be referred to as "Esteemed Guests".

 

Any and all Esteemed Guests who attend the Call to Action must agree to abide and in fact abide to the D & ToS and Rules, to the best of their knowledge, ability, and understanding ("knowledge"). Violators may be subject to arrest.

Any person present at the Call to Action who does not abide by the D & ToS and Rules, to the best of their knowledge, shall not be considered an Esteemed Guest, and shall not be entitled to any Redress due or which may become due to Esteemed Guests, in any event in which an accrual to a cause of action may arise.

No other person ought be present at this Call to Action, except for the purpose of conducting regular business at the US Attorney's Office, due to the fact that as Organizers are unable to guarantee the safety of anyone except Esteemed Guests.

 All Esteemed Guests and Law Menders present at the Call to Action are instructed to check in with people around them to ensure that all persons present are fully aware of the D & ToS and Rules associated with this Call to Action. Respectfully report any and all suspicious person(s) to Law Enforcement via slowly and calmly raising one, unarmed hand high into the air, so that a Law Enforcement Personnel may approach without feeling apprehensive and/or concerned.

Keep hands shown, and if, in the event you are commanded and/or compelled to approach Law Enforcement, slowly raise your hands, with fingers outstretched, in order to indicate to all Law Enforcement that you are unarmed, compliant, and aware of the D & ToS and Rules. It is unfortunate that this must be done, however, during this current time of national and statewide emergency, this is the only way Organizers and Law Enforcement may Absolutely Guarantee your safety and the safety of Law Enforcement at the same time. All of this is designed for the safety and protection of all persons present, and of Our Beloved State and Nation.

Any person present at the event who is acting outside the Official Rules may be:

  1. Subject to arrest, at the discretion of any law-abiding Law Enforcement Agency and/or Personnel present who has proper Authority and Jurisdiction (aka "Law Mender"), 

  2. Held personally liable by Iowa State University ("ISU"), State of Iowa ("State"), United States government, Esteemed Guests, Law Menders, and "Organizers": Organizers include the ISU chapter of Student Reformationists, Wild Willpower PAC, Iowans Against Gov't Corruption, Iowa Association of Transgender Women, the parent body of Student Reformationists, and both Sondra Wilson (aka "Founder"), and Sondra Wilson for Iowa Governor ("Candidate Committee"), and 

  3. Held personally liable by any and all:

    1. "Victims" listed, or who may become listed, within this Criminal Complaint ("Complaint"), and

    2. "Petitioners" listed within this Civil Petition (henceforth "Class Action Lawsuit").

 

 

Save all information linked herein, so that, in the event that the organizers are harmed, this knowledge may continue to spread, and the criminals operating from within the State of Iowa and United States government may be rooted out and held accountable. Note that we are not going after the government or the state! We are working to root out criminals performing color of law crimes, and holding tortfeasors liable.

Anyone who participates in this Call to Action shall henceforth be referred to as "Participant" and must agree and adhere to the OFFICIAL RULES ("Rules"). Disclaimer: Anyone who does not adhere to the Rules is not affiliated with anyone involved in this Call to Action.

This is not a typical protest. Before arriving, please read A Call for Peace between Officers and Civilians.

To make this action positive and effective (to prevent distraction from the laws we're trying to get enforced), only bring posters or signs with THESE MESSAGES written on them. The reason for this is so we can educate the public about the laws that are being referenced within the Criminal Complaint and Class Action Lawsuit scheduled to be filed during this Call to Action. Signage with other messaging will not be affiliated with SR or this Event.

Familiarize yourself with THESE LAWS and THESE GLOSSARY TERMS prior to arriving. Remember, SR will be editing and refining all content throughout this Call to Action up until the Event. When you come across unfinished material, know that it will be made clear soon.

 

LINE UP IN FRONT OF THE US DISTRICT ATTY'S OFFICE @10:00 am:

Every Iowan interested in JUSTICE, GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABILITY, and having OUR LAWS UPHELD, shall, in an orderly manner:

  1. Respectfully line up in front of the U.S. District Attorney's Office, located at 110 E Court Ave #286 in Des Moines, IA.

  2. Bring your Photo ID.

Each Volunteer working with Student Reformationists (SR) will be accompanied by a certified Notary Public as they hand out finished versions of THIS CRIMINAL COMPLAINT to everyone in standing in line. Volunteers and Notaries will be wearing the official SR lanyard and nametag: accept no imposters!

 

SR is requesting three types of volunteers:
OFFICIAL REQUEST FOR VOLUNTEERS.

 

AFTER COMPLAINTS ARE FILED, WE WALK TO THE FEDERAL DISTRICT COURTHOUSE:

After all Criminal Complaints have been filed, Participants, led by Officers of SR, will walk next door to the U.S. (federal) District Courthouse. This is where SR will file the CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against the same persons who are Defendants  in the Criminal Complaint. Basically, 18 US Code § 241 Conspiracy against rights is a criminal statute, and 42 USC § 1985 Conspiracy to interfere with civil rights provides a right of action for the recovery of damages. If you are unsure the difference between criminal and civil law, read this.

 

ATTN: ALL EXECUTIVE BRANCH PERSONNEL:

In the event that Kim Reynolds, Donald Trump, and/or any Officer, of any agency abuses their Authority via commanding:

  1. Any member of the Executive Branch to arrest and/or impede or obstruct, in any manner, from allowing Citizens access to our Due Process Rights (e.g. not allowing us to file the Complaints and/or Class Action), and/or denying Due Process based on some legal argument or case ruling (we will challenge any such ruling as facially unconstitutionally) or

  2. The Executive Branch not to make the arrests related to our Complaint,

Please note that, if anyone were try attempt to prevent the execution of the laws cited in the criminal complaint, that person(s) could be tried with seditious conspiracy. 18 USCA § 2384.

SR formally requests any and all Executive Branch Personnel to protect civilians against any and all such tyranny. If a tyrannical and/or oppressive order is given to you from the top-down, please remember the words of Abraham Lincoln, “The people – the people – are the rightful masters of both congresses and courts – not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert it.” We hereby pre-emptively respectfully thank you for your service, and humbly request your protection. The signing of the Magna Carta embedded the fact that neither King nor President is above a true Law.

IF OFFICERS ARE ORDERED NOT TO MAKE ARRESTS, SR's PRESIDENT WILL INITIATE THE ARREST:

Although the below flier explains that Iowa Code 804.24 authorizes Citizens to make a Citizen's Arrest, Participants are strongly discouraged from doing so because we do not want anyone to feel threatened. If Officers are commanded not to make the arrests, SR requests any and all Officers to stand down, even if ordered to do otherwise, so that the President of SR may safely approach, unarmed, to make an arrest. Miranda Rights will be read, and the paperwork will be in order. SR respectfully requests safety and protection for all Civilians. Thank you, Officers!

SOLIDARITY FOR WOMEN'S RIGHTS!

Every statute cited throughout the Complaint and the Petition, including 42 USC §§ 1985 and 1986, not only apply to trans rights, but also to women's rights. This is mentioned due to the (politically) recent attacks on the right to abortion, for example, a well-established, court-created "unenumerated right" guaranteed by the Ninth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

SR respectfully calls upon everyone reading this to have compassion and wisdom instead of turning against fellow Citizens. When politicians "divide and conquer", we must remember: "united we stand, divided we fall."

 

A SPECIAL MESSAGE FROM STUDENT REFORMATIONISTS

As Officers and Founding Members, we would like to share why we created this organization. Following numerous political attacks by high profile individuals against DEI initiatives, women's rights, and transgender folk in recent years, Iowa State University's Center for LGBTQIA+ Success was shut down due to what appears to be a 9 individuals who were appointed to the Iowa Board of Regents by Governor Kim Reynolds. 

The Iowa Civil Rights Act protects various classes of persons who have historically been discriminated against. Today, as politicians do their same old story of divide and conquer, riling up malice toward LGBT+ folk and international students,

Thank you dearly, Military, Law Enforcement, and Veterans for protecting our First, Fifth, Ninth, and Fourteenth Amendment rights, and numerous other rights unmentioned. Thank you for our safety. Thank you to all government officials who feel like you work thanklessly for no reason, at times. As civilians, it seems easy to take these things for granted, and to feel resentment toward the government due to so many politicians and news media personnel, for example, saying terrible things about transgender people; we are in the news nearly every day, and often not with a positive light shining on our "community" (people we can relate to via having a shared experience, to a measure).

 

ABOUT STUDENT REFORMATIONISTS:

The Iowa State University Chapter of Student Reformatationists (SR) was established at the beginning of the spring 2025 semester, with the help of Wild Willpower PAC (WWP). 

Student organization are in a unique position to be able to speak our minds and share our findings with the world.

We intend to become an intercollegiate student organization dedicated toward building lawsuits and performing respectful, effective activism in favor of the advancement of human rights and improvement of the general welfare of the American people and, in turn, people across the globe. 

SR invites ISU's pre-law students who have a strong sense of justice and a desire to use legal knowledge to make a positive impact in society to team up with artists, activists, speakers, graphic designers, concerned community members, and law students, paralegals, and interested scholars from colleges and universities in order to create winning, just lawsuits and public information campaigns to let the public know what is happening and offer feedback.

SR works toward educating fellow students, faculty and staff, and the general public on important issues of our times, and to work with integrity and toward humanity's common good.
